Lynn A Sulerud OD
Dr. Sulerud started his optometric career as an associate in a private practice in Cambridge, Minnesota with the ultimate goal of owning his own practice. He was the founder of the Blaine Eye Clinic, which he started in the Pioneer Village Mall in 1979.
Dr. Sulerud's priority is educating his patients about their eyes, giving them the tools to make "informed decisions" about their eye care and eyewear. His specialty is problem solving, and he strives to help individuals with difficult situations concerning their visual needs. He has served as chairman of the Third Party Committee of the Minnesota Optometric Association and on the State Fair Health Fair committee. Dr. Sulerud and his family took part in a Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity mission to Jamaica, examining eyes and distributing glasses to the underprivileged. He has been active in the Jaycees, the Cambridge-Isanti Hockey Association, is an arena board member and a member of the North Metro Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Sulerud and his wife, Valerie, have three children: Breann, Nate and Mindy. He enjoys golfing, hunting, outdoor activities and being a good steward to the earth.
