Summary: Absolutely perfect
July 12th, 2017
My experience with Dr. Melki was nothing short of perfect. Dr Melki is a leader in this industry and his expertise and professionalism were showcased drom my first call to the boston eye group to my latest follow-up. The procedure was exactly as Dr. Melki described, incredibly quick and absolutely painless. Recovery has been exactly as they said it would be. Dr. Melki has assembled an amazing staff who are the height of courtesy, care, and professionalism. I would recommend the Boston Eye Group ten times out of ten to anyone interested in this procedure.

Thank you, to you and your entire staff for making me feel welcome, comfortable, and completely assured that I was in the hands of the experts and people I could trust with my vision.

Summary: Successful
June 14th, 2017
Dr. Melki is cautious so you have to be committed as this is not a one time appointment but if you follow the process and obey the pre/post op directives, you will be pleased with the outcome and his expertise. You will also pay more - if insurance does not cover you - for his skills and the technology but I'm not interested in 'deals' when my eyesight is involved.

Everything went smoothly- my initial consult, the surgery day, and all my follow-up appointments. The staff at Boston Laser was very professional and personable. I used to wear contact lenses every day (since 6th grade) and now I'm 20/20. I love my new vision!
