Summary: Rude front office staff
March 15th, 2017
Over the past 17 years I have had nothing but excellent experiences. But today was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, Maybe its because the staff is new but unacceptable. I was there in December for a full 3 hr exam and forgot my SC DOT form for the eye test at the DMV. I was told to print the form and bring it in with a self addressed envelope and Dr O'Day would fill it out and mail it to me. But today when I arrived was informed I would have to schedule a tech visit for a refractive exam not even with Dr. O'Day, and once it was complete he would sign and send to me. I was just there in December and it is not fair when the DMV only needs something signed with the past 11 months. So I will be leaving this practice due to the experience I have received today and will not recommend him again I am sorry for this but its not right. I would rate it less that one but one star is the lowest I can give
